Update, 4/21, 8:30 AM: We are receiving reports that the A/C unit is experiencing issues again after spring break. We are requesting that the A/C unit be kept on as much as possible to minimize service disruptions. At this time, all services are up and JupyterHub is at reduced, but sufficient capacity. However, in case the A/C unit is taken down again, please be aware some services may go down. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the frustration with the A/C.

Update 4/11, 4 PM: The server room A/C unit is now fixed and we are bringing up all services. We are restoring normal operations across all services including Ion, Director, and JupyterHub. We apologize for the inconvenience over the past week. Please contact sysadmins@tjhsst.edu with any questions or if you notice something is down.

Update 4/9, 3:30 PM: Ion is now back up after being down on Wednesday. A power outage Tuesday night knocked out several networking switches, and our backup battery systems did not kick-in due to the extra load from backup A/C cooling systems. This resulted in several network issues that brought Ion down. Thank you for your support and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are continuing to wait for the A/C to be repaired and service disruptions are still possible.
