We are currently experiencing an outage because the A/C unit in the server room was unexpectedly shut down, causing the servers to overheat. Most services are now up, but some remain down. Intermittent outages of services, including Ion, are possible. We do not yet have a timeline for when this incident will be resolved as facilities works to repair the A/C unit.
